Wheat and Diet
Date : 09 Jun 2005

Question:
Lately I have followed a diet regime to stop inflammation. So far I think it
is a great idea. I know I should avoid white flour (processed flours).
However, I am unclear about wheat and whole grain breads. Any
suggestions? Susan Shelton
